As your contract manufacturing partner, we guarantee food safety, going beyond compliance with quality standards. This is why we operate a strict internal quality management system, audited by independent certification bodies, ensuring compliance with internal regulations, national, and EU laws and regulatory requirements.

We apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure quality.

This covers all aspects of production, including standard operating procedures, staff management and training, equipment maintenance, and handling of raw materials and packaging materials necessary for producing high-quality products. We regularly evaluate our suppliers.

For food safety, we have been applying the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system since 2000.

This preventive, scientifically based system identifies, assesses, and controls significant hazards to food safety. It covers the entire food production process, from raw materials to distribution.

Our HACCP plans and systems are checked by external certification organizations according to the international IFS standard.

We provide product information that ensures traceability for consumers, guaranteeing safe and high-quality use.

In 2005, we introduced the IFS food safety and quality management system, ensuring that we fully achieve our food safety goals.

Quality Assurance at TUTTI Kft.

TUTTI Kft. is committed to excellence in quality and food safety. Since 2005, we have held IFS certification, which we renew annually. The IFS (International Featured Standards) defines the safety and quality requirements for various stages of the food chain, aiming to ensure food safety, quality, and consumer protection.

As part of our quality assurance processes, we evaluate our suppliers annually, expecting them to hold valid GFSI certification (e.g., IFS, BRC). We regularly inspect the raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products in independent laboratories, taking customer needs into account.

It is important to us that our partners trust us. Larger clients, including retail chains (Metro, Tesco, Auchan) and foreign partners (such as Lavazza), regularly conduct unannounced audits of our company.
